The SuperteamDAO is a community of creatives building the talent layer for the Solana Ecosystem. But before we can make the impact we aspire to, we need to build our Home Office.
In the inaugural Season of the SuperteamDAO, our community is focusing on creating the infrastructure for work to be done efficiently and effectively at scale.
Areas of Focus
Using the metaphor of building our home office, there are five areas for us to make progress on.
#1. Helping Our Neighbors: Working with Solana Projects

Our ultimate goal as a community is to deliver impactful work for impactful projects. We are already working on several large scale projects (3-6 month timelines) — the rest of the Season requires us to execute.

#2. Gardening: Growing Relationships Across the Ecosystem
Lead by the Biz Dev Working Group
To do great work, we need great partners. We must develop trust through small scale work in order to demonstrate our community can deliver to a high standard on larger project work. This means we need to develop solid relationships with founders building on Solana. Only then can we become the go-to place for any creative work they need completed.

#3. Plumbing: Contribution Infrastructure

We want to make contributing to the DAO easy. In order to do so, we need to lay the pipes that facilitate those contributions. This includes developing processes and tools for onboarding, compensation, project management, member engagement, and collective group feedback.

#4. Electrical: Sparking Relationships

A community is only as strong as the ties between its members. This requires creating rituals, events, and other avenues for members to learn and work together.
#5. Lighting: Member Recognition
Lead by the DAO Working Group
Web3 offers the promise of developing a portable resume. A key value add for our Members is the ability to develop an online reputation and build a name for themselves. This requires leveraging the DAO’s distribution to spotlight members, recognizing member achievement within the DAO, and rewarding members for the value they create.
