What is Superteam?
Superteam is a network of operators, devs & grantees working on promising Solana projects.
Simply put, it is a gated Discord server for those who satisfy the membership criteria. There’s no treasury, take-rate/commissions, or token sale. From its inception, Superteam has chosen to be a collective of sovereigns over a sovereign collective. All members may participate as much or as little as they wish, including the core team. Any revenue generated is captured by the individual members or teams that self-organize and win a bounty, secure a grant or venture funding for their ideas. The community is the product. And members have exclusive access to the product.
Superteam is currently live in India, Vietnam, Turkey, Germany, Mexico, UK & UAE.

Our global community GDP crossed $2M this month.
This is the North Star metric for Superteam. It represents the value created for & by community members who found earning opportunities through Superteam.
The community GDP for India currently stands at a little over $1.5M. Going forward we’ll be reporting that number and not the global total.

Shipping 🚢
Cubik
Cubik is a quadratic funding platform for anyone building public goods (code or content) on Solana.
The team launched, what they thought was a closed beta round with $5K in grants for developer tooling. But the product resonated so deeply with the community that they ended up taking over Solana Twitter on launch day.
As a result, their pool grew from the initial $5K (sponsored by Superteam) to $20K with Symmetry & the Solana Foundation joining in. They’re also partnering with Magicblock to distribute prizes for the Speedrun Game Jam. In a testament to the power of Solana, there were more donors on Cubik than Gitcoin on June 26.
If you want to join the 200+ people who’ve donated to the ~20 projects listed, you still have a few days before the round concludes. Remember, your contributions are matched from the pool so every donation counts.
Crosschain Clubhouse
The Crosschain Clubhouse was a 2-week sprint that helped some projects get over the line & seeded new ones — interlaced with workshops, a trek, jiu-jitsu, a dosathon, turf cricket, go-karting, awesome merch & more.
Members from projects like Cubik, CandyPay, Saganize, Splitwave, Synap, Fetcch, Squircl, Instapay, etc. assembled for some accelerated shipping.

Synap
Synap is a social platform on Solana that provides portable social profiles and enables dApps to create a personalized, interoperable, and rewarding experience for Solana users.
The team also launched Airdrop lists, a curated list of the most valuable wallet addresses on Solana & a user analytics report for apps to improve targeted marketing and user acquisition, offering custom insights for each project.
They won the Solana Track at CoinDesk's Web3athon and were featured in their newsletter.
Little Unusual
Little Unusual is a production house started by Superteam members Mallik & Tushar. This month they covered the Crosschain Clubhouse, & dropped a wrap video so good it got a shoutout from mattytay.

Superteam Earn
Superteam Earn aggregates all earning opportunities on Solana to help match the best sponsors with top talent through a range of formats like bounties, grants, contracts, jobs, etc. There are over $18,500 worth of bounties live on the platform.
The team has introduced new sponsor features, including reviewing submissions, selecting and announcing winners, and facilitating payments through the platform.

Sol Trek is a visual block-based Solana learning playground for people to explore and build without having to code.

Solana Speedrun
The first-ever community-run Game Jam on Solana! Hosted by Magicblock & LamportDAO.
It is a theme-based hackathon with prizes worth $25K. The goal — is to build a playable game within 120 hours. There are 2 tracks - one for games that are fully on-chain & another for those that integrate Solana for a specific use case (e.g. on-chain in-game assets).
